Veterinary Directory
The following is a list of San Diego rabbit-savvy veterinarian clinics in the San Diego and southwest Riverside counties that we know who treats rabbits on a regular basis and shelters who can take rabbits.
For the veterinarian clinics, please ensure that when you make an appointment, you ask to see a vet with extensive rabbit experience.
This list is provided only for your convenience and in no way should be considered an endorsement by SDHRS of any vet or clinic or shelter listed. SDHRS cannot guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are a vet and would like to be on our referral list, please fill out this form.
If a vet does not appear on our site it could be that we did not approve them, or we do not know about them, or that they we did not receive their application back. If you have a vet you would like us to send an application to please email info@sandiegorabbits.org and we will email them an application to fill out.
Please call and talk to the vet and/or their staff before making your initial appointment. If you need advice on what questions to ask please review the article, “How to Find a Good Rabbit Vet.”
